Microface engineers (Madras) Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1991 to manufacture / service industrial wear parts that wear abnormally by hardfacing higher alloy materials like Stellite, Stainless steel, and Nickel alloys with welding processes like Manual Metal Arc Welding (MMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Plasma Tungsten Arc Welding (PTAW). We also have an in-house CNC machining unit to supply as fully finished product.

Microface engineers is a medium size company, which is owner-managed and attention is given to each detail during the process to ensure higher quality and at the same time, to respond quickly and flexibly to the situation. For the past two decades, we are in the field of hardfacing and thereby have higher exposure towards hardfacing.
